Russia lost to China

The latest news in the chess world is that Russia has lost in dominant position and China is the new champion. The Chinese were never very good in chess, while the Russians ruled since ever. What happened? I imagine that Russian domination was based on Jewish brains, and now that the most Jews have left Russia, well, I do not have to spell it out.
