The non-somnolent Biden government is
showing a willingness to take surprisingly bold risks like the new industrial policy of offering 60% subsidy to chip fab and rare metals investments. And it is working: Taiwanese and South Koreans are moving factories to the USA. Israeli start-ups are also moving. Open borders are sucking in the workforce from all over the world. The streets show a terrible picture of drugged White youths, unpunished Black shoplifting, and diverse street prostitution, but the rot is not corroding the core.
