Putin cannot stop now, the Americans will not stop and the Ukrainians don't have the agency to stop. M. says that the one winner of this war is China. Russia, India, and the USA are on the same side of the ledger, and they should be working laser-like on containing China. The current situation is bizarre and foolish.
