The alliance with the Sunni states is holding, and we shall re-connect Iran to the Middle East. We shall complete Lord Balfour's hundred-year-old scheme for the Middle East. Oil will flow once more through the TAP line to Haifa, and the Eilat-Ashkelon Line will feed Iranian crude to Europe.
