In the blog that preceded this blog (the same name) I wrote a lot about the presumed poisoning of Flint's water with lead. The ignorant and thieving workers of the Water Treatment Plant did not add a chemical buffer for about a few months. Some homes with old lead connections received in fact water with lead leached from their own lead pipes (not from the municipal mains). No one got hurt visibly or in any way that could be measured, although it cannot be discarded that a few children's IQ will be cut by one or two points. In a simultaneous accident in Hong Kong, the local judge rejected all demands. President Obama declared national emergency and money started to flow into Flint. Now the state of Michigan will pay $600 million to thousands of Flint residents.
“The money would largely be designated for children in Flint who were poisoned by lead-tainted tap water,” The New York Times reported. “The individual amounts received from the settlement would depend on Flint residents’ degree of suffering and damage from drinking the water.”
Any consumer who was living in Flint between 2014 and 2016 are eligible for compensation through the funds and payments are expected to begin in spring 2021. Flint leads the list of murders per capita in the USA but it does now appear that some solace is in sight.
Google Flint Water Poisoning and you get pics like the above. Of course, lead contaminated water has no color, the pic shows something else, water from a corroded iron pipe. It is fake, as all the media. Moreover, Flint is Black town, but google pics suggest otherwise.
