One theory of the universe is that it is a simulation. How can we discover if it is so? Finding an error in the simulation would prove it. Up to now everything complied with the Standard Model. Now a small anomaly was discovered in the muon magnetic properties, and if it is true, the model is wrong or the simulation is not perfect. The discoverer -
Fermi Lab - says the model is wrong and a new physics has to be created. Pity I am at the end and shall miss all the excitement.
