champions. I am always amazed anew about the Ancient Greeks that developed the cultural/organizational infrastructure of Western civilization. They had democracy and talked incessantly, which made them intelligent. We have to think seriously about how to avoid declining as they did: first they conquered the world with Alexander, then they depopulated their homeland and at last they diluted into Byzantium, the Eastern Roman Empire. Then came the Turks. And Erdogan.

ReplyDeleteThere are no "pure" Turks. Most are converted Ionians. Erdogan has one ancestor who was a Kartvelian Laz, although with the sex-crazed apes we are, nothing is sure.

The lying wiki says that The early Kyrgyz people, known as Yenisei Kyrgyz, have their origins in the western parts of modern-day Mongolia and first appear in written records in the Chinese annals of the Sima Qian's Records of the Grand Historian (compiled 109 BC to 91 BC), as Gekun (鬲昆, 隔昆) or Jiankun (堅昆).
